Plans make good paper weights

Many marketing and business plans never see the light of day once written. That’s why we prepare simple Marketing Activity Plans (MAPs) that clearly set out the business objectives, target customers and marketing activities for a defined period, usually 12 months. We then setup the program in our Teamwork project management application and get down to business.

Getting the job done

Once we’ve mapped out your plan we go about implementing it. Most of the time this is done in house, unless it requires something extra special, like high end photography, video production or 3D renders. We also have access to cost effective resources for arduous, but less complex tasks, such as data entry.

Monitoring the results

Using our Momentum Dashboard, a fancy word for our data reporting system, we track everything from sales enquiries, website visits, email campaigns and social media statistics. This data is provided to you in the form of regular reports and compiled on a quarterly, half yearly or annual basis, depending on your requirements.
